But the gates stay open that's the only problem...1 of my siblings is renting and it's controlled temp and security..well minus the security cause the gate and sum doors don't even lock...ppl pay for security to keep personal belongings safe...ijs...it's a good spot but a lack of security...

Not a client and probably won't be. Gate never works, management is never there, slow to respond, can't coordinate regular payment services for direct withdrawal automatically on agreed dates. It totally feels like this is ran like a hobby instead of a business.

A family friend needed storage for some of his belongings but was unable to come up to rent the space. I rented it for him and we’ve had it going on 4 years now. The place is always clean, the price is very affordable, and Nan who runs the place is wonderful. I could ask for better at any storage unit than what I’ve received here. I tell everyone I know about this place.

Nan Feeser owner of Independence Mini Storage was awesome. She really accommodated me in a time of need. Always friendly, pleasant and in the Office. I would highly recommend them. Units new, clean and easy to get in and out.

We could not be happier with this facility! The building and units are extremely clean and well-maintained. Climate-control was very important to us, and Independence does not disappoint with the perfect temperature! As for the staff, Nan was amazing! She took the time to understand our needs and matched us with the perfect unit. We highly recommend Independence Mini Storage!
