Fantastic people ignore anything negative someone put in their posts. haters are always haters They hate everything. These people are laid back and easy Going and would probably go fishing with you. They went above and beyond their responsibilities and worked Ethics because they wanted to help me. Customer service is best served by people who actually care about their customers, And they do!!!

This place is great i have rented trucks and storage and they are always cleaner than any place I have ever rented from. I left my key at home 1 time and the owner cut it off and gave me another lock. Can't beat that. I Drive From Frostproof to use I-Deal self Storage because they are so helpful.

My suggestion is to steer clear of this dubious part-time operation. The grounds have the appearance of a junkyard. The rental office was strewn with trash debris animals and more junk. See attached photos photos. The older Haggard female evidently must have been coming off of a alcoholic bender. She was not concerned with the problems that we had with the truck and she actually laughed at us. We also described the problems that we had with the vehicle to an older man working the desk. He debated us and said that it was because it was an old truck and had high mileage. We paid over $300 for the rental and we certainly did not expect to be a treated that way and be thanks so much money for a vehicle that was questionable to be on the road. Take heed take a few minutes and go to the other rental place in Lake Wales. Avoid this place at all costs as they are also part time job hours the office hours are not even accurate the gates are closed when they shouldn't be and you'll have trouble returning the vehicle. Go somewhere else! Avoid this business!

Great place to store your items. They do have units with controlled air if needed and it's not very much more in price and very affordable. The owners are great people and will help you out with anything you might need. I would recommend this self storage rental to anyone. Its also a safe and secure place to put any of your treasured items. 👍👍👍👍👍

I rent a 10X10 unit at I-Deal and am very pleased with the cleanliness and management. My unit is on an inside aisle and is climate controlled. There are lights in the aisle itself but as usual none in the units - big battery-powered camping lanterns are great. Anyway if you are down Lake Wales way and looking for a storage unit be sure to stop and talk to Randy - you won't be sorry.
