they would not let me use there bathroom bad for business

I found myself in a tough spot Friday evening after 5pm when my long haul truck delivery couldn’t make a delivery to another storage company. I called multiple other storage places all were closed and next availability was Monday. I called Hill Top Storage and was immediately met with solutions and the availability of a unit. The owner personally came out, opened the gate, and even helped accommodate an 18-wheeler so my movers could bring everything straight into my storage unit. Huge thanks for going above and beyond!

I was excited when this place first opened. I was 1 of the 1st and renting 2 spaces. What became very clear is the spaces are very narrow (something I didn't really pay attention to at first). If one doesn't park straight you have a very difficult time getting items in/out of some spots; so narrow you can't walk sideways between you and the next guy (even if you're skinny). That's exactly what happened to me. I've asked management for months to have person park straight instead of across the front of one of my spots with absolutely no progress; really not a warrm/fuzzy about them caring either. They will definitely make sure you are on-time with your payments, but crickets when you have an issue. When I called today to let them know I wouldn't be renewing my lease of both spot I told them why and I got a lip service response of 'I'm sorry, we asked the guy to park his trailer straight". Well, he can have all three, it's not worth me staying aggravated about.

All out door parking is designated by divider chains and labeled with a number. The far side of the facility has a large open space that allows more wide open parking space. Good for maneuvering longer vehicles. Inside the office is a 72” screen 📺 monitor system that displays the various 🕶 security cameras. The chainlink fence has barbwire at the top to discourage climbing. Gate is Passcode accessible. Great for 🚒campers, 🚤boats and more.
