Very pleased with how easy they are to work with. I called today and they answered and got us into our unit. Everything is able to be done online and we get notified anytime anyone enters the unit. Very impressed!

The owners keep the place looking nice. Anytime I have needed help they are willing. I appreciate that they changed the key pad to get in so u can read it. Thanks.

If anyone out there is looking for a storage unit I strongly advise you to look elsewhere!!! This place is absolutely horrible!!! The worst customer service of any business I’ve ever dealt with!!! The lady that answers the phone is completely useless and extremely rude!!! First we had a roof leak pouring into our unit and she actually expected me to climb up there as a customer and fix the roof leak, then about a month later I go in to find rats have started eating our boxes!!! So again I called and she was completely rude again and basically told me to call the insurance company , there was nothing she was going to do about it!!! Then today I go to the unit to check on things and grab a couple things and the gate isn’t working, and once a rude nasty response is what I get from her!!! Absolutely unprofessional and I’ll be emptying my unit very soon and taking my business elsewhere!!!!

Rented a unit, went to the unit and a lock was on the unit. After an hour of unsuccessful calls, no one answering only a message to leave a message and no reply to the help contact, had to find another available unit which turned out to be approx 30 minutes away, all while paying 2 men by the hour plus additional mileage for the Uhaul truck. Needless to say, when I finally did reach someone, a week later, I was spoken to rudely as well as denied my money back. This matter has been submitted to my bank as a dispute with proof of all emails including the gate code, with no mention of the lock code as the lady said was given to me, plus all calls showing at the time of arrival at the site. Moral, never rent a unit where there is no one to contact. I did find a unit in Palatka at Free Up storage. Very friendly people to serve you including they make themselves available even after hours if needed.

The New Owners are really great. Stopped in and saw Don and he was really helpful. The property was still clean and he told me about all of the upgrade improvements coming. Great asset to the local community.
