Gulf Coast Self Storage - Sherman Ave.

This place sucks. I purchased a unit from here through auction and am still unable to pick it up due to no way to get ahold of anyone. Their answering machine is full and can't leave any message. They say they are open but are closed once you arrive. Wasted over 4hrs of my time and still haven't been able to collect contents in unit or get a refund. Called all their other locations and same thing can't get ahold of anyone. Do not do business with this company. I would give a zero if I could. I'm responding to the response I received to this message. The auction didn't end the night before! It ended in the morning before and I was an entire day behind on everything once I started loading everything

Prices went WAY up. Not worth the exorbitant fees. My things were very very dusty. Very inadequate for the price. Very difficult to get Uhaul in. Some things were damaged.Very expensive shoes were damaged by rodents. Check elsewhere, better value at other places. Late fees are outrageous and you are constantly called if late even a day.

Bret, thank you for helping me in my needs. The storage area is real nice and also inside the storage units. Thanks for all the kindness you gave me. Will look forward in orher future storage. Thank again. Paul Chaknis
