Great American Storage of Fort Myers

Richard and Damian are absolutely amazing. I have been with the location since it opened and I since Richard has taken over it has been an even better experience. I came in today to put more stuff in my unit and locked my keys in my car. Richard and Damian did everything in there power to help me out. Went above and beyond to help me. They are a blessing in all the ways!!!!

Rick and Cynthia have been incredible support as I have moved the final 27 yellow/black totes that are holding our surviving memories from before 3.5ft of Hurricane Ian water devastated our lives. The 3 units we had at "another storage facility" have finally been cleared of the new purchases and items bought for the rebuild (furniture, bathroom fixtures, tubs/showers/faucets, our entire new kitchen with cabinets/appliances/countertops), the items have been sorted, culled, installed, substituted, etc, and the most important things from our family's life before the disaster, are in a safe, clean, nearby, well-lit, rat-free location, ready to be reintegrated into our lives. I can now go through the totes: relive the memories of the people that gave us the items, and mourn the loss of everything Ian cost us, in peace and safety, at my own pace. Facility was spotless. Love the electronic lock mechanisms on storage units. Manager Cynthia took the time necessary with us to explain and show us everything available. She was a delight to deal with and was instrumental in our decisions. Took advantage of special sales on 2 units.

Kim was the best and she's so sweet. I will definitely miss her when she relocates. Very clean facility, cool tech behind entering the building and unlocking your unit.

First time renting a storage unit. Ms. Kim made it easy and showed me a couple of them to make the right choice. She was very helpful and kind and knew her stuff! Thanks Kim I will spread the word. ***my brothers bedroom suite I will cherish it ***
