Kevin onsite at the Clermont location was great! We've had very challenging interactions with the call center but it was a pleasure working with Kevin onsite. A huge difference than the experience calling in. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Leaving because of the constant price increases. A 10 x 20 climate controlled unit should not cost $600 after taxes, I called around the area and found way better deals that are 10 x 20 climate controlled for less that $275. This is price gouging at its finest. Additionally, there are never any dollies available and one of the gates is always broken. Though it is my fault I do not like how you can’t be prorated a refund for the month. They offered a 50% discount to stay but it’s not worth it cause I guarantee I would have a price increase the following month! We will be moving out ASAP! Note: The facility is clean, well lit, at an optimal temperature, and easy to pull in and out of. Used to be able to call the front desk, now it seems to be a call center.

Got equipment stolen at the site, no one answers the phone the manager is on vacations and does not care the cameras can only be checked by the manager and its been 2 weeks since the robbery and not one word or phone call from anyone at the storage facility no one to be seen. The sliding doors on the covered parking are not working and anyone can come in and out of the facility, obviously thats why several boats where vandalized!!!!! Strongly suggest Do not rent from them.

Called in today to switch units. Katie was phenomenal while helping me with my transfer. Not only does she help the process it was really easy and quick. She explained everything I needed to know to transfer and was very friendly. Thanks again for all the help.
