Gator State Storage

EDIT: It took almost two weeks and a bad review, but they did finally make it right. GO ELSEWHERE. I rented a unit here over the phone, while I was on my way there. I was in a pinch and didn’t read the contract (completely my fault) They charged me a $100 deposit on top of my rental. When we got to the facility, the lot around the buildings was so small we couldn’t drive up to the unit. I called and the guy on the phone wanted me to back a 20 foot U-Haul truck with a car trailer attached to it into the small lot to access my unit. There was no way it was going to work. I called back and canceled the unit on the spot. They sent me the move out email the same day and told me my refund was in process. It’s been 10 days. I’ve called 3 times and just keep getting the run around.

Lucas and Alex are great and comforting. They came through in my time of need, I was able to store my truck there. Closed in gate, cameras, and spacous units. Gator storage were half the price of everyone around. Highly recomend never had a problem from moving in to moving out. Quick response time too!

Absolutely the worst service you could ask for out of a storage company they slap paint on old building and call them renovated. They pressure you into agreement prices without clearly noting the price and additional fees they charge you, but they will still proceed to charge you those prices while still not having a legal document that states I agreed to any of the charges or rules. I don’t even have my stuff at this dump and it is now the second month I am having to battle them taking money for absolutely no reason. And if you have questions for them to answer they won’t they’ll keep sending you to voicemail.

Ive had my unit for a couple years now. No security or safety issues. The change in management was nerve wracking at first, but proved to be for the better. Construction and upgrades were done pretty quick and seamlessly. HOWEVER the best change was having Alex on the team. He was a gem. Courteous, understanding, insightful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you for being a light during these stormy days.

Hands down the best storage facility around. I have been using Gator State Storage since February of this year, and I have had nothing but professional and polite interactions with the owners. The units are all well maintained and the streets make for smooth access. These have to be some of the largest, and most affordable units I have ever used. Thank you to Gator State Storage for such an amazing experience!
