Great storage unit at a low cost. Extremely flexible and willing to work with the customers to make the experience as easy and affordable as possible. Have used it for small spaces and at one point most of my house was stored here. Have used many times, and will continue to be my first choice. Friendly service as well.

Really sketchy business practices, they confirmed with me the move out date and then charged me for additional months afterwards. Indefensible behavior by a business - I hope others avoid working with them at all costs unless you’re prepared to pay triple what you expected to pay.

These guys are straight up scammers. Was told I had to pay an additional month, when I called to move out after I had only been there for less than a month. I agreed. Then I was ASSURED over the phone that my account was closed out by the guy on the phone. They asked me to take a picture but I told them I was not there so he said he would check the cameras IN THE MORNING. That's the scam part. He did not check and the continued to bill me for a 3rd time and where set up to bill me a 4th. I called back when I noticed this to ask them why this was happening and was met with a complete tool on the phone who told me it was my fault and that even though I was told originally that I was good to go that was not the case. He told me he would verify in the morning and CHECK the cameras. These guys are clowns and stole money from me.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of using the storage facilities located at 6860 Beach Blvd in Jacksonville, FL. Online reservation process was quick and easy; follow-up from the onsite manager via text was immediate and professional. It’s nice to know there’s someone real at the other end of technology to help you out! Would recommend this business for all your storage needs.

I used two storage units at the Fort Pierce location for 9 years. Every person I had dealings with were nothing but polite and helpful. This climate controlled facility was wonderful. So easy to get in and out whenever you wanted and each unit was very secure. I would highly recommend.
