The female Manager is definitely lacking in customer service skills & just generally not nice, but the remainder of the staff is extremely qualified, professional & and a dream to deal with.

Imagine this… For over a year you pay top dollar for climate control storage and you keep adding units at the same complex. You are quiet, you keep to yourself, you pay your monthly bill on time. The only time I have complained was when Melinda was drop dead disrespectful screaming at my disabled veteran husband and myself, and refused our military discount on VETERANS DAY. I made sure to bring it to outside managements attention, along with the fact that MULTIPLE air conditioners were not working and it was getting TRIPLE DIGITS in these climate controlled units. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR MONTHS. Hi James, remember me from June? You asked me to edit my last google review to reflect better because I could “trust” you and to have patience? Fast forward to outside management, James. He reached out, asked for patience on my end and filled me with a ton of promises. He promised to reach back out with a solution and a fix. He promised to get the AC back up and running. He promised other things as well, however I won’t throw him under the bus on those. & here we are. October, it’s 71° outside at 9pm yet it’s 90 in my CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT. James still hasn’t reached back out and honestly my patience is THIN now. Almost as trashed as items in my unit that have died of heat injuries. Annoyed, but as a business owner myself…. DO BETTER. All you have is your word, and if you can’t keep your word…. You don’t need to own or run a business. Customer service is and should always be first. I’ll be honest, go somewhere else. Don’t rent from here & don’t trust these people to handle something and reach back out to you.

Over the weekend there was a frustrating situation concerning access to my storage unit. This morning I received a call from the site manager, who politely informed me that the situation had been resolved, and generously offered to cover next month's rent. I do very much recommend this facility to anyone seeking storage within the area of Milton/Pace. The cost is more than fair, and the campus is clean and secure.

My experience was great until a few weeks ago. My storage was broken into and no one seems to know what happened. My unit was the only unit that was broken into by the way. My unit is in the middle so there’s no way this was a random break in. To be told that I can’t have the owners info is crazy. I wasn’t notified and to say they don’t why my unit was targeted is very suspicious. I am not letting this go because my life was in that storage. I will write a review everyday until I get answers that make sense.

Editing Review - business checked me, and they’re right. Rate only increased $20 a month over a years time span. Good place for storing your stuff. Gate access works well and you can set up auto billing, etc. Facility is clean and restrooms on site in case nature calls while you’re there. Place is always impeccably clean.
