I've been here for a little over 3 yrs now. I've had zero problems. Carlos is great. I recommend Florida Discount Storage to all. They're professional, the place is always clean, and definitely secure.

Excellent facility with 24/7 access. Conveniently located in Clermont about 10mins off of Turnpike. Frank and Chad go above and beyond to protect your property as if it was their own. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with my rental. The staff was super friendly when I arrived the process was very quick and easy my unit was clean upon my arrival. I did not notice any bugs were any other pests. The team was also super responsive over email actually within minutes of me sending a message which is very amazing for a company nowadays. I would highly recommend this place

Owen was absolutely fantastic from the moment I reserved online! He followed up with a phone call and answered all questions. He took great care in explaining all of my options once I arrived to the store. It was so refreshing to experience such a high level of customer service and professionalism!

Owen and Clay were very personable and easy to deal with, while still remaining 100% professional and helpful. (They were even able to understand my broad Scottish accent without any issues!!) Price is reasonable, and facility is is a great location for my needs. Hope to be dealing with them well in to the future.
