Very satisfied with this storage company. The manager,Kate is very friendly and very willing to accommodate. Would definitely recommend.

Used Extra space in the past and always had good experience. Stay away from public storage. There is not a person on the property to talk to when you have a problem. They owe me a $211 refund and still haven’t gotten it.

I currently set up a business account with a locked into your rate with the storage facility in Lake Worth. I must say it is the cleanest the most organized storage facility I’ve ever used. I will also say, Kate, the manager at the Lake Worth branch, exceeded my expectations. More than professional, and went out of her way completely to make sure I was happy and satisfied answering every single question thoroughly so I understood. I do not see myself going to any other storage unit. It is great to have great service and have people like Kate serving you with all of your needs!

Jaz made the rental process very quick and easy. I didn’t know what a 5x10 storage unit looked like and she allowed me to view one before signing a lease. Building is brand new and very clean.
