Christal is wonderful! She always go beyond and above for her customer. She's also very understanding and empathetic. All the staff are amazing and have great customer service skills. I recommend you give them all a pay raise!

I came to Extra Space Storage after a bad experience with another company. The manager, Christal, was very accommodating and understanding and put a lot of our fears about this one to rest. That was last April. I'm making this review because her stand out service and kind, helpful attitude made an impression that others can benefit from. If you're looking for a place to safely store your items, and you've read this, then go there, you won't be disappointed.

This is the best storage in town! Christil is amazing! We love her, she is the best. She's very helpful and sweet. The storage facility is very well maintained and in a perfect location. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage!

This was an overall pleasant experience. The staff was responsive, understanding, and patient. The facilities look kept, clean, and organized. Even the bathroom, which felt like a storage unit, was clean and orderly! The process for renting a unit was smooth and easy to do, and everything was explained or outlined in easy to understand context.
