RJ provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and genuinely attentive, but RJ delivered on both. The facility was clean, organized, and well-managed, which reflects the level of care he puts into his work. I highly recommend working with RJ if you need storage, he made the experience easy and positive.

This is by far one of the cleanest storage spaces I have seen. You add great customer service from Darrell and RJ and that's a recipe for good business and loyal customers. Pricing is better than most storage facilities in the Pensacola and if you find one cheaper, you are sacrificing somewhere. I especially like the simplicity of the app that allows me to enter and exit seamlessly. Great job extra space!!

I've had a storage unit here for 11 months. Great facility, convenient entry, loading carts available. However, I was told that my rate would adjust up after a few months, but all I had to do was call and they would adjust it back down. This has been the case for 11 months until today. Now they want double the rent. I called and was informed that my rate could adjust every single month based on supply and demand and that this is completely normal. The person I spoke with was then able to get it back down to $5 more than I had been paying and when I asked how long it would stay at that rate he said there are no guarantees. He implied that I was being ridiculous to argue over $5, but they can raise it whenever they want. How is it that I have to sign a contract and set up automatic payments to guarantee they get paid, but I have no guarantee that my rent won't double? He said that is just the way it is and he has this conversation with customers ten times a day.

Awesome experience! RJ was very helpful and quick. I was able to get the perfect unit within minutes. The units are clean and RJ was very knowledgeable,professional, and helpful with the entire process.
