Extra Space Storage

Friendly service. Was shown unit and clearly explained codes to enter. A cart was waiting by the door when we got back with storage items.

The storage facility where my stuff is located has been purchased by Extra Space Storage. Crystal called me to let me know that unfortunately, Cube Smart’s billing stuff could not be easily transferred over to Extra Space Storage. She had to take care of all existing customers. It was not Her fault, so why be upset? I had no problem going in, since it’s on my way home, to take care of the issue. It only took two minutes for her to run my card and set up autopay. She didn’t act annoyed or pissed off that she had to do her job just like so many younger workers do today, she kept a smile on her face and we had a nice little chat about the construction that would be going on for the next year right in front of the business I had no idea about. Life goes on and you can choose to be mad or you can choose to not let it affect you, me and Crystal chose the high road, thanks, Crystal!

Great experience at CubeSmart! Crystal was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The facility was clean and well-organized.

I'm moving into the area in a few months and am in the market for a storage unit while we get settled in. Crystal was hands down easy to talk to. She eased any concerns I had as well as gave me the different rates and what was available. It was as if I was talking to my best friend, super comfortable. 10/10 will recommend to anyone!
