Cynthia Quinones was super nice and helpful to me and my mother. She was very understanding and accommodating with our moving stress and situation. Highly recommended extra space storage because of the amazing customer service. She helped us get a great deal and made sure we understood what we are getting into.

I have to say how much I appreciate Cynthia. She is very professional and customer care is top notch. I had a storage unit while living in Florida that she Assisted me with, but now that I’m 2500 miles away in my entire life is in a storage unit to have the exceptional service that I still receive over the phone making sure my household belongings are still safe and my account is good. It gives me a piece of mind knowing Cynthia knows who I am, and knowing my belongings are safe.

We bought a storage unit at auction a couple weeks ago and the manager Cynthia was absolutely awesome. She had some issues going on with some other matter when we arrived and she still had time for us professional friendly all around. Great experience definitely would recommend this location to anyone.
