Great experience, very clean and secure. Staff is helpful. Only reason for not 5 stars is elevator issues. Scott the office assistant is very nice, helpful and professional!

Easy place to rental storage. I actually had to go back to get an additional unit and Melecia was so helpful and kind. She made a stressful situation much better, which I really appreciated.

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Jose. He made the whole storage process easy, answered all my questions, and gave me excellent service from start to finish. Super professional, friendly, and efficient.

Jose was the nicest and most helpful person ever to work with. I had 3 different storage units that did not fit my golf cart and eventually we were able to work together to find one that suits me. Could not have had a better experience. Thank you Jose.

Sarah was incredible today. There was an issue with the locking system and she handled the customers concerns with kindness and made sure we understood the issue and had access to our units. Jose the property manager does a fantastic job of making sure the rather large property is well maintained and hires incredible staff. Will is always friendly and helped me secure another unit and a smooth transfer. I am overall very happy with my Extra Space Experience. Melecia is also an incredible member of the team. I didn't had her, because I hadn't interacted with her, but I had to go into the office today and I found her to be personable and very knowledgeable.
