Renting my storage space on Extra space storage was a delight experience for several reasons, the super clean space that I found was not normal in this kind of business. The space denoted that someone is en charge in a positive way, but maybe the most important thing occurred when Shavon, the manager aboard us, she was very amicable and offered a lot of information about the place it was for us a game changer once again not normal in this type of business. That’s was I came to her office to be grateful due that the way she welcome us , she deserves to be told to the big administrators, people of the character of Shavon needs to be hire over there.

Shavon the manager was amazing. I came in concerned about my rate increase. She was helpful and courteous. She went over the rates was able to adjust mine. I was so appreciative, they care about their costumers and obviously want to keep to keep them. Great customer service.

Went in on Tuesday 2/3/26 and the lady at the front desk didn't want to show me any units. I wanted to see the 5x10, 10x5, and a 4x8 to see which size unit would fit my needs as well as the cleanliness/aura of the facility. I was basically told I would need to rent a unit first. Oh well. I left there and went to another business. I didn't receive that type of "welcome" at the next storage business I went too.

I needed to store my brand new large SUV vehicle for two months so I contacted Extra Space Storage in Margate. From the initial contact until the day of move in, Shavon gave me outstanding customer service. Her knowledge, friendly demeanor, and positive attitude made my experience extremely smooth to my surprise. I highly recommend Shavon and Extra Storage for all short term and long term storage needs.
