Extra Space Storage

Amazing experience!! I stored with this location for over two years. Move in was easy, managing my belongings was easy, move out was easy. The office staff are very nice, respectful and courteous. I once lost my keys to my unit and they were able to help me immediately and took care of it. I will definitely recommend to others!

The location was quiet, clean, and has competitive rates. Amy assisted us and she was awesome! She was very friendly and able to answer all of our questions.

Great place to rent from, I had zero issues while I occupied my unit. We felt safe to leave our belongings, and very easy access to our unit. The office was incredibly helpful if we needed anything I would recommend and rent again if we need storage in the future.

I have been with this Extra Space facility for several years now. I have had different units over time between transfers and needing additional units. Houston has been there for a very long time and is an exceptional manager. Between rate increases, storage changes, payment questions, time frames of moving things in and out, always working with me when it comes to the unpredictable and the sometimes large rate increases. He is truly with customer service is all about. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He genuinely wants to help and he will do his best whatever the circumstance. I recently transferred again and got an additional unit. Anytime I have ever needed assistance with Extra Space Storage (which I have also had units in New Port Richey-Jeff) and North Land o Lakes-Matt), they will either always pick up or call you back unlike other companies where you get a call center. I never have any trouble with the gate or the elevators or the units. The facility is always very clean as well. If you decide to go with a storage facility in Land o Lakes, this is the place.
