Extra Space Storage

Stopped in the office today to inquire about units. Chess took the time to show us some different size units in different locations. She got us the exact unit we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Overall, excellent experience so far. Thanks Chess!!

Chesly the supervisor is very respectful and kind. I wasn’t sure which unit to get, on top of trying to stay within the right price range…, Chesly made sure to take the time to show me which unit fit my pricing and the amount of space that is within it.she showed me the difference of the unit and made sure I was able to get a unit and feel comfortable with the decision that was made. She takes pride in her work and that is what us customers need to feel safe and comfortable leaving our personal belonging at extra space. Thank you again Chesly!!

I recently visited the Extra Space Storage on Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers to ask about renting a 10x20 storage unit, and my experience was really encouraging! The employee who helped me, Chesly, was fantastic. She was incredibly informative and helpful, answering all my questions and making the entire inquiry process feel easy and stress-free. This is truly great customer service, 10/10! I highly recommend this location if you need storage!

Steve is the man. The company raised my monthly bill (not his fault), and he was able to accommodate and bring the price much lower. Plus, the facility is in great shape. It’s super clean and easy to get in/out to my unit. Thanks again Steve

I chose this Extra Space location because of the great customer service. The manager helped me big time with getting boxes moved into my unit from out of state. Really helpful!! The address was a little hard to find using online directions but it all worked out!!
