Today we received a call from Chuck, an employee at the storage facility we currently use. He reached out with genuine concern regarding the lock on our unit, noting that it wasn’t fully secured and was hanging slightly, which could compromise its effectiveness. We truly appreciated his attention to detail and his dedication to looking out for customers’ belongings. Because of his professionalism and proactive communication, we decided to upgrade our lock to ensure it sits flush and keeps our items fully secure. Chuck’s excellent customer service made all the difference, and we’re grateful for his care and diligence.

Both Bob & Ashley were extremely helpful & flexible as my son & I placed his belongings in my current storage space & in a needed additional space. They explained all options & did not pressure us as we made the final decision. Very good experience. We highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
