Michael was very pleasant and allowed me to have a good experience. He was very knowledgeable with specifics and answered all my questions in detail with his full attention! He even went out of his way to show me a unit to get a visual of how it would look.

Extra Space sure makes it easy! I signed up online where I also paid. They sent me receipts and agreements via email, and then called to see if I had any questions. Once I was onsite, entry to the building seamless and the welcome package was waiting for me in my unit. The space is new and very clean and in wonderful working order. My unit is on the second floor but it’s no inconvenience because of the extra large (and quick) commercial elevator. Highly recommend! 🌟

I have been a customer for a few years now and have always received great service. Recently as the holidays approach I found myself need even more “extra space”. When I stopped in to rent an additional unit Mike at Fleming Island on US 17 handled everything perfectly and quickly. Most storage facilities and any business for that matter, are pretty straight forward what sets great ones apart in my opinion is the customer service. At this facility it is always excellent!
