Extra Space Storage

A week ago I was urgently looking for a storage unit, I'm always so short on time... and Chantelle and Vee... wow! Besides being incredibly attentive, efficient, and providing fantastic customer service, they are wonderful people who can practically read your mind; they adapt to your needs, and it's truly wonderful to find places like this with the right people. Thanks a lot, Chantelle and Vee... oh, and one of the managers, I honestly forgot his name, was a true gentleman and very helpful; he helped me with some things that were very heavy and that I couldn't carry by myself. Thank you so much again! 🙏

I have been a customer at this location for over 10 years . I believe we have had three ownership changes. This was the best customer service I ever had ! From the moment my wife and I arrived and went to the office we were greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome!! We had some questions and needed to set the app on our phone. And we were given step by step instructions on how to use the phone to enter the facility and enter our location where we have our storage unit!! And we were personally taken down to our unit and made sure everything was secure! Well like I said over 10 years and I never felt like I really enjoyed coming to our storage facility ! Thank you so much for hiring and training such associates who take so much pride in making us feel important!! Pete and Lori !

Bittersweet moving out today. The move was super easy with the moving carts on site, the huge elevators, the on demand lighting, not to mention the climate controlled space. Would definitely use this place again if the need arises. Oh and Vee, the onsite manager was super helpful and friendly!
