I’ve been a happy renter for almost two years now. Debbie and Don are the best! Always ready to assist. No better place as far as I can tell.

My husband & I have rented numerous storage units throughout the years. I’m so glad we’ve finally found the perfect unit & facility. Deb has walked us thru the units that we have rented to make sure it’ll suit are needs size wise. When ever I have a question I can text her & she gets right back to me right a way. Also when I had an issue with the website, I can pick up the phone, call Deb & she’ll help me take care it. It the world today customer service is non existent. This is why Deb is a pleasure, she helps when she can & right back with me. I plan on being at this facility for many years. Keep up the good work Deb!!!!

Edgewater Self Storage is a very nice storage facility. It is climatically controlled and has easy access to its rooms. The property is always clean and it is very well managed by Debbie.

Outstanding customer service! Debbie went out of her way with professionalism and patience to accommodate our needs after the two hurricanes delayed our mobile home installation. She made sure we got into a smaller storage unit right away to fit our immediate needs then, as more of our stuff arrived and we needed more space, she seamlessly transferred us into a bigger unit. Access was easy with both an exterior security gate and door codes for the buildings. Debbie was quick to respond to all calls, emails and texts and she maintained clear communications. We had a very positive experience and recommend Edgewater Self Storage!

I was looking for a safe, value-priced self-storage facility for my business gear. The new owners completely renovated the place inside and out. Mark (the owner) is veteran, combat medic and swat instructor for Duval County. A true hero, who has served his country on the battlefield and in on the streets with swat.
