Easy Mini Storage

The lady who picked up the phone has HORRIBLE customer service . I inquired about storage units , prices and sizes , and I told her I wasn’t looking but I needed prices , she said “ why do you need my prices when they are online “ so I firmly said “ because I’d like to speak to someone in person & she continued on saying that the prices are online and if I didn’t need one why was I calling . So I hung up on her mid conversation. I work in customer service and have been for years & i don’t care if a customer calls 1000 times for the same thing , I’ll continue to say the same thing to them in a nice manner . Fix her attitude, she obviously woke up on the wrong side of the bed . Not how you should have employees talking to customers , but whatever floats this HR’s boat I guess. :)
