I had a great experience with Discount Mini Storage. The staff was very polite and helpful, and the lady who assisted me was especially friendly. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and there’s plenty of room in front of the units, which makes loading and unloading easy. My unit looked new and was completely bug-free. The unit itself was in excellent shape. Overall, the process was smooth and the team made everything simple. Highly recommend.

Ashley was a pleasure to deal with, everything was fast and easy. I needed an outside and inside unit, she was able to accommodate my needs and locate them close together.

They are so clean and they look out for your stuff. I have an RV stored there and If anything happens to it they will let you know right away. The insurance is wonderful too. I had some wind damage on the RV and they paid off so I could fix it. I advise anyone to get the insurance. It is worth it in the long run. All in all I am very pleased with their service and place.

This place was great, when the U-Haul rental I. St. Augustine called to say the truck we reserved was not available, this place was able to step in and save the day. Great customer service.
