Aila Bello was a pleasure to work with and so kind and sweet! She made sure me, my cousin and uncle was well aware of the rules, instructions of the u-haul. Along with giving us better understanding and a people person. Since it is my first time moving on my own especially on Valentine’s Day. She made it such an easy and smooth process!

Omg, where do I start?!! The staff Ms.Jalysa aka Ms.J and Ms.Deanna over at Discount Mini Storage of Tampa were so great, helpful and nice to me. Even though I’m the one that was renting a space from them and moving my own items they made the process so freaking easy and stress free. From helping me book reservations along with a last minute U-haul all the way down to giving me a cold bottle of water! If I ever have to recommend anyone for a storage or U-haul vehicle I would 10/10 recommend this company thanks to these ladies. Best experience ever!!!!
