I recently rented a space at Devon Self Storage. Everything is really clean, and obviously really secure. Christine was extremely understanding and helpful, as I'm in the middle of a move and all of my documents are somewhat scattered. To be honest I'm extremely grateful for her help. I would recommend this place to everybody.

I just wanted to comment on what a great asset you have in Kristine. Before she got there I found the office closed more than it was opened. I also inquired about 2 months ago about getting a larger space. I was told I would be contacted when one became available, that was the last I heard. Until Monday when I was going to complain. Christine not only dropped everything she was doing to help me, she immediately showed me an available space, and for a cheaper rate. She is also helping me to clear out my old space by allowing me to use your dumpster. She definitely went above and beyond and she had no idea I was going to complain about past experiences, which has all been forgotten due to her exceptional customer service.

Kristine was awesome to deal with, no issues showing me a few units so could decide on size. Was very friendly. Process was quick and easy to complete. Lock would not work and she spent extra time trying to figure it out and then swap the lock without any complaining what so ever. rare these days!! great overall exp.
