The 2 ladies in the office were very helpful in addressing my questions and processing the size storage unit best for my needs. A map was provided also. Not sure why a key pad must be used to exit and difficult to locate. First month is free but an admin fee is assessed of 29 so not totally free. Overall a good experience and cheaper than other facilities in town.

Stored my items for about a year. The whole process is easy and seamless!! The team was always willing to help and always really kind. My move in and move out was so easy and I really appreciated having such good customer service!
