CubeSmart Self Storage

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This CubeSmart location at Executive Dr. has been a great experience for us. Alvin and Blake are personable, professional, and always helpful. The facility is consistently spotless and well maintained, and the rates are fair — the best in the area in my opinion. We just renewed for another year and couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend this location.

Came into CubeSmart 12.06.25 and Alvin greeted me with a happy and smilie face. I had already spoken to Blake yesterday and apparently he told Alvin I was coming because he guessed my name when we got introduced. We sat down and went through the available units and I actually got a space closer to the elevator for just a couple of bucks more. Rented my unit on the same day. Alvin is a good egg and great hire!

Charged me for a lock I never received. Insurance for storage units is a joke, you need receipts for any claims or they will not pay you. If you're already a customer and need a bigger or 2nd unit still get charged an administrative fee, online says that fee is to make sure your unit is clean, I'm sure they charge a cleaning fee if you leave it dirty. All those $30 fees and up.

Allan is amazing and he’s the reason I’ve upgraded my storage unit and continued to stay with this cube smart location. He is helpful and extremely friendly! Keep up the amazing work, the place is always clean and spotless!

Speaking about the Venice, FL location: 5 stars...clean, neat, easy, great location. But the real value is Alvin at the front. There was a glitch in the giant corporate system regarding getting my credit card to register properly, but Alvin solved it while never impeding the move-in. He was proactive before, during, and after taking possession of the unit. Overall, great experience.
