I have rented here for years - inside and outside and have always been pleased! The location is convenient, my items are safe and secure, & Kathy does an awesome job maintaining the facility!

I just moved over here less than a year ago. I wanted something very close to home.And I gave a call over to this location on martin downs and spoke with jack. I decided after talking with him. I did not need to go any farther. And I would just go directly to this place because of his customer service. When I had to arrive, Kathy was there to help me. She was so helpful. Just like jack and was able to lock me into a unit that worked for me. She was extremely thorough and she definitely went over everything with me. I am really big on customer service. I ended up paying for an entire year in advance.Just because of the awesome customer service from both of these people. I've been in this kind of industry since I was 18 years old.And I am now 52. People like this need to be recognized. And these are the kind of people I'd like to work with. The bottom line is, these 2 individuals went the extra mile. My husband and I have had 2 storage units at this facility in Palm City on Martin Downs Blvd. The place is always very clean and the staff, especially Jack, are very helpful and professional. If the need arises again in the future for a storage unit we would not hesitate to return !! Thank you for the good service over the last 10 years!!

My elderly father has a storage unit at this location and he recently needed help paying his bill. I live more than 2000 miles away. Jack was extremely helpful and compassionate with our situation and we were able to get my father paid ahead and learn how to become emergency contacts on the account. This gives us some piece of mind. Jack has been very patient and his kindness is greatly appreciated. I also found the rate for his unit to be quite reasonable.
