Nachalie has been such a pleasant addition to this storage complex! I used to be a tenant and recently returned, and I have been pleasantly surprised to see some positive changes. It’s always very clean and I feel safe accessing my unit and trust that it is in good hands. Plus she’s always a friendly face to visit in the office when I stop by! I’ve had many storage units over the years and across the states, and she stands out among them all. Thank you Nachalie for all your help and assistance!

The representative that was on duty the day that I we t to see the unit was great. She took the time to explain everything to me as she showed me the unit. Great experience!!!

Everything was ok until I go there today and haven't been to my storage since December but today I went to get caught up in payments and things were missing from my unit, I have been in this unit for almost 2 years and I'm very hurt by this, I have pictures of missing things that was there and now they are gone. No break in my locks were changed. Police is investigating the issue I just can't believe this.... I drive OTR so I'm not here and don't go there often only when making payments and putting things in that I have purchased, I've also made a complaint with corporate who's also involved I'm not laying down on this at ALL... 😡 It was an inside job, someone there is not an honest person my thing were neat then one of the employees went in my unit after the auction pictures were posted and. I came to pay before auction date to find they had stolen a lot of my things, damaged some things, a lot of the totes have been removed as you can see and things thrown about, everything I had bought Ross bags, Walmart bags , a basket that had all kinds of hair products including human hair, my baby's ps4 and games, (2) 32in TVs and I noticed I didn't have my wall picture that goes over my bed I have pictures of it that's missing I didn't even noticed it was missing until I was going thru my new storage, there's so much missing that I didn't notice when I made my report but God will fix the thief who stole my belongings they even took the broom as you all can see. They used my totes to take the thing they stole and shattered some of the things they didn't think was of value all over the place then on top of that when I was moving my things out to move to my new storage I found a dead rat and it smelled awful in my unit had to redo and clean all my things that wasn't stolen, you pay for insurance and then get the run around but I'll be in touch with an attorney about mines causes no one's going to steal from me and get away with it PERIOD!!!
