A very good place, a very friendly guy Dorian, who helped me rent a unit for my jet ski. He selected and showed me several options. It’s a great place; I highly recommend it. They offer great prices and great staff.

We were so pleased by Kia, our sales representative. She made sure we are getting the right unit for our needs, very professional and pleasant in the same time. I would highly recommend her and the location.

I want to leave a review about the manager who works at this storage facility. Her name is Kia. I came with my friend to take over the rental of his storage unit. I noticed that on the website there were units of the same size available at a better price, and I asked to receive that price. She told me that she would give me that price, but warned me that if they ever saw my friend inside my storage unit, they would immediately take the unit away from me and raise the price. I asked her to show me where this rule is written, and she refused to do so and walked away. She spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. It was very clear that this treatment was related to the fact that I was not born in the United States. I am extremely disappointed and hurt by this experience. I do not recommend this place if you do not want to be judged or treated poorly based on who you are or where you were born. This behavior was highly unprofessional. P.S. My friend had been renting storage units at this facility for over six months and had more than one unit there. Several other people also started renting here based on his recommendation. After this experience, neither I nor my friend — nor any of our friends or acquaintances — will continue using this storage facility.

Unit broken into with NO notification — rats, feces, water damage, and still charged monthly rent!! I am completely disgusted with my experience at this CubeSmart location and the extreme lack of professionalism shown by the local manager. Our storage unit was broken into in July 2025, yet we were never notified — no phone call, no email, no text, nothing. I only discovered something was wrong when I attempted to access my unit in December 2025 and found that my personal lock had been removed and replaced with a CubeSmart lock. Because it was after hours, no one could assist me at that time. When I returned the next day, the local manager casually informed me that the unit had been broken into months earlier. When I asked why I was never told, I was told they “tried to call me.” That is simply not true — I have zero missed calls, voicemails, emails, or texts notifying me of a break-in or theft. What makes this even more frustrating is that CubeSmart had no issue contacting me in October to inform me that my credit card had expired and a payment did not go through — yet still did not mention that my unit had been broken into. So you can reach me about payment, but not about theft of my belongings? When I was finally allowed access to the unit, the conditions were horrifying: *All valuables had been stolen *Rat feces and carcasses were throughout the unit *Rats had chewed through suitcases, bags, and clothing *Water damage and mold had destroyed everything remaining Despite all of this — theft, pest infestation, and flooding — CubeSmart continued charging me rent every single month while my belongings sat destroyed in an unsanitary and unsafe unit. The local manager was dismissive and rude and outright lied, and I was forced to escalate the issue to the General Manager, who ultimately confirmed that this situation was entirely CubeSmart’s fault and there had been no attempt to contact me. This experience has been stressful, upsetting, and completely unacceptable. If you value your belongings or expect basic communication and accountability, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for storage. Also, if you have similar issues with this particular CubeSmart - especially the unprofessional and rude manager - contact the General Manager as he has multiple complaints against her and action needs to be taken.
