Will never rent a building here again. Roof of my building was caving in. And the clerk tried to charge me an additional charge for cleaning after i had already put a deposit down to take care of damages and cleaning. Not very good with customer service and tries to upcharge things that you have alreaady paid for.

RENTER BEWARE!!! Son rented for one month while transitioning from one apartment to the other. On the day he moved out, while taking one load out, he pulled his door closed, placed lock on, but didn’t lock since was coming straight back(his mistake) but while loading he comes back to his TV, laptop and Xbox missing. Maintenance folks were around. Mysteriously gone. Steal right in front of them. Wow! No one has any idea what could of happened!! I do. Did speak with owner. Have cameras on the property but “believe they are broken”. Of course they are. We knew no recourse except a police report could be done. Stuff I’m sure is pawned and long gone. She was apologetic, goes on to say they have never had a theft there and didn’t believe her crew would do so. Went on to kinda insinuate that my son had friends helping him, maybe they did. Very disappointed with our interactions with this facility. Their message on their telephone says “have a blessed day” Yeah. Ok! Will not ever rent from or recommend this facility.
