If you are debating whether or not to use this storage facility, go ahead and make the decision. Long story short, my guys forgot to put the lock back on a unit that has about $40,000 worth of equipment in it, I received a call from Charles asking me if I was aware of that. The fact that they drive around and keep an eye on which units are rented or not, and notified me right away is well worth the fair price that we are charged. If someone was to steal that equipment, it would’ve completely shut my business down. So again, thank you Charles and Rob(I think that’s his name) for keeping an eye on things and notify me promptly.

Charles is great at his job. He was friendly and efficient with getting me into a Uhaul truck. I was out the door and on my way in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be using Compass Self Storage for my future Uhaul rental and storage needs.

Best place with the Best person. Had a great experience! Prior experience with Compass off HWY301....was crazy. That young girl needs a mental evaluation. Very rude, and unprofessional. Worst experience. The recent experience with the location of CR 466 the Villages was the BEST. Thank you all your help, we will gladly recommend your place.
