I pulled up at Compass self storing for something completely unrelated to storage and the love I receive at this location was amazing. Xavier and Mike had really good energy and took their time to answer a couple questions I had, once again about something completely irrelevant. I could only imagine that doing business with these guys would be nothing less than amazing. If I ever need a U-Haul or a storage unit I know who to call.

This storage is the best customer service I’ve dealt with. Xavier was very helpful and professional. Provided answers to all my questions courteously. He made sure that my storage unit was well prepared, he double checked it and oiled the door so it would lift up smoothly for me since I have a bad shoulder. I honestly can say he exceeded my expectations. Love that the storage facility is great with security, they have cameras all over the premises and they are very clean overall. I also want to give props to Mike, which I only spoke with him over the phone while making my reservation, he was very helpful and guided me to make my decision to book it at a excellent online rate. They have great deals. I recommend 100%
