Clark's Storage is very conveniently located right off the interstate. Owner was very responsive and also helped us in a time of need. We would recommend any of the locations now after using one. Thank you!!

Cheap, but the Gates always randomly locked. So I drive from carter lake to get something mid afternoon and it’s a total waste of gas even tho the hours are 8am-9pm. Try paying my bill online and it won’t let you, so setup auto pay they try and take it out once then put a zip tie on your unit. Even tho I was told it will keep trying to take it out. They act like when you’re trying to talk to them you’re starting a fight. Very unprofessional you’d think it was ran by middle schoolers

Evicted my sister due to a bad review because the gate to the storage units are randomly locked. We called him back to try to resolve the issue. He didn’t want to resolve anything so he tripled the rent and evicted her and hung up the phone in the middle of conversation.

Guy keeps putting a second lock on our storage unit even though we pay every month. This is the second time. I’ve had to call him at least three times to tel him his billing is not correct, which he says he will fix, and then puts a lock on our locker. If we are not able to move our stuff this month I’m going to have to find another place to store it because it’s getting ridiculous.

To better elaborate..The owner is kind and helped me move my stuff in even after hours when I was pregnant high risk in the cold. Always reasonable willing to work with you. Only wish they had better security. I did lose my electronics due to a break in.. Was unable to figure who as my original lock was cut off and replaced with someone else's. Mr Clark did then supply me with a better secure lock and I have not had a problem since.
