All I did was place a payment through the slot. It was after hours, but when the clerks are there, they are usually friendly and the office is clean.

If you're looking for the best price, this is most likely the best place (from my experience). The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's a little outdated with payment methods - I wish they would update the payment system so that you could pay online and automate it every month. Or even just automate payment another way. But if you don't mind having to call in once a month during business hours to pay over the phone, or pay in person, or through a payment dropbox on the door for after hours, then this is a great place for storage. They've been around for a while.

Decent prices. But they could use an upgrade. Units are old and you need to spray for bugs before you put your stuff in.
