Burns Self Storage

The office lady, Karen, is very sweet & helpful. She called me the morning after reserving a unit online to notify me of locations available & her office hours. She followed up with me (when I was running a bit late from our arranged time) to confirm that I still needed the storage unit. ...𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯, Karen so kindly offered to stay a couple minutes later if I needed it. She's got this amazingly long plant that encircles her entire office! She said that she's been growing for quite some time. She also commented that she's been working for the same man for over a decade, in two states, if I'm not mistaken! That is a testament to the type of small business owner she works for, which is 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 one that I can support by patronizing (& leaving a Goog review ♡ reflecting my exceptionally positive experience there). Karen is absolutely wonderful to work with. I thank you needed something to store some items in and was able to get a unit quickly. The unit and area around it was clean. I had no issues whatsoever while I rented from Burns self storage?

We tried a few other storage places, not impressed. Burns storage is absolutely outstanding! Start to finish, easy, clean, professional and friendly to work with! I have recommended twice to friends! Good prices too!

I called early one day and received a reply immediately. Had my unit within an hour. I cannot say how pleased I am with this company. There were no issues whatsoever. I received a clean unit. Left it the same way. I will definitely be using Burns again. Thanks so much!

I've been renting from Burns storage for over 2 years now. I rent two different units from them and their prices are the lowest out of several places that I've checked on. One of the Plus benefits for myself is the 24-hour access to your unit which makes a big difference to people that are busy during the day or need to go in there unit at night sometimes. The staff has always been very very helpful and very polite and friendly it's been a very positive experience for me. I would recommend renting from them to anyone that was looking for somewhere to put their belongings.
