Bridgeview Self Storage West

Could not recommend Bridgeview Self Storage in Yulee enough. We were about to rent our storage unit and it was ready when we arrived with our U-Haul. Melissa in the front office went above and beyond to help us with all the information needed for our unit and facilities. She was so kind and generous with all questions we asked. The facilities are so clean and new. Once we were done moving, we were able to leave our U-Haul in the designated area since we had requested it be our drop off location. Very smooth and easy process.

Extremely dishonest about their U-haul rentals. Charged us for two days when we only had the truck for one day, overcharged us on miles when we kept track and know they overcharged. They also charged us for gas when we refilled the tank back to what it was a pickup. One of the worse trucks as far driving condition as well. Rent your trucks from somewhere else.

Came to pick up a trailer we reserved online and it took us less than 10 minutes. The ladies working there were very nice and their smiles were contagious! Couldn't ask for a better rental experience.

Tiarra and Melisa are wonderful! Excellent customer service! They answered all of my questions pertaining to moving household goods and so forth. I would recommend friends and family to purchase items/services from this business!

I was so excited that a self storage facility opened in my area. Bridgeview has been amazing! They have super friendly staff that go out of their way to make sure you are 100% happy. I have a non-climate unit and love it! Its's perfect for my needs. The whole facility is clean and secure. I recommend Bridgeview if your looking for storage space.
