Bonita Storage Inn

We’ve used Bonita Inn Storage for over a year and a half and have had two units there. It is a local company, and they treat customers as neighbors. They are kind and reasonable in the contractual arrangements. They offer some flexibility and are willing to work through individual situations. I am so glad that we chose them and recommend them without reservations.

Easy to deal with personnel, courteous, return calls promptly. Call was ready when we arrived to pickup and in good condition. This was the 2nd year I rented space for storage of my car.

We know we are probably paying a little more for our storage unit than other places, but for us, the thing that stood out was the security of the place, the short location to our home and the professionalism of the employees (especially Elizabeth). It’s worth paying a little more!

After being a customer here for almost 5 years, I have nothing but good things to say about Bonita Storage Inn. The staff was very attentive in the office and over the phone and answered any questions I had. They are nice enough to offer a box truck for free with your first move-in to your unit. Best storage facility in the area, 100%. They have different types of units to choose from, fair pricing, great staff, and no BS hidden fees or “teaser rate” nonsense. I moved my things to Bonita Storage Inn after another storage facility in the area unexpectedly jacked my rate up 50% after a 3 month teaser period and made my blood boil. Bonita Storage Inn let me pre pay a year which locked my rate in. After the year, there was a VERY mild price bump to keep up with the market conditions. Very reasonable, I did not feel exploited or disrespected. I just moved out of south Florida and closed my account. Bonita Storage Inn was more than fair with the checkout. No hidden exit fees or annoyances - they actually gave me slack for calling a few days later than my contract specified. A company that could reasonably and legally take a few extra bucks waived it like actual human beings!? **Surprised_Pikachu.jpg** If I need storage in Bonita Springs in the future, I will 100% return to them. Great facility, great people, and run very well. 5 stars.
