Great place for storage. Prices are reasonable. Love the staff very friendly.

Never have any issues here. It is well maintained. We park our work trucks here. Convenient location with a dog obediance school across the street. Close to the Merritt Island Mall. Easy and convenient

We have used this warehouse for business for 3 years. There aren't many storage locations that can be used for a physical business address but this is one of them. The management is very nice and helpful, especially Ellen.

The units they claim are climate controlled really aren't. There is a window unit at the end of the row of units. The AC that was near my unit froze over and wasnt cooling properly after that. It was never replaced with a new one. As a result my couch ended up having mold all over it. I didnt discover this until I moved out. I mentioned it to the man working that day he said he remembered there being an issue with that AC. When I asked him what they were going to do about the mold on my couch he said there wasnt anything they could do about it. Be careful with what you put in these "climate controlled" units.
