Came to cube smart storage in need of a storage unit. From the moment I called the customer service center all the way to location everyone was an amazing help ! They walked me though every step and explained everything in details. Would deff recommend to come here ! Very clean facility. Love it !

I had an excellent experience at Aventura Xtra Storage. Rafael was extremely professional, patient, and kind. He took the time to show me all the available unit sizes and options, making sure I chose the one that best fit my needs. He answered all my questions clearly and made the whole process so easy. The location is very convenient, the facility is spotless, and they have plenty of carts to help with loading and unloading. I highly recommend this place and Rafael’s outstanding service!

The staff especially Rafael and Julia are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The location is convenient and there are a variety of unit sizes for your belongs. Flatbeds for unloading and loading are plentiful. The facility is kept clean. I highly recommend Aventura Xtra Storage.

We were referred by a friend. The customer service great. They even stayed a extra 30 min until the movers were done with putting things in the storage unit! We have had two storage units here for nearly 30 years. On a scale of 1-10, I would give this business a 20! They offer climate controlled storage and a range of different size storage options. It is always clean and is conveniently located right off of Dixie Highway near Miami Gardens Drive. You can pull your car up right near the door which is the size of a garage door. Unlike most storage facilities, this one always had multiple flat bed hand carts available. It makes moving things from the car to storage and within your unit so much easier. There is a dumpster on-site. The best thing about this facility however is the staff. They treat you like family and are always willing to help however they can. We had an enormous job of cleaning, removing and organizing our unit and we never could have done so without the unbelievable amount of help they provided. There isn’t another facility anywhere in South Florida that provides this level of care and customer service. You will not be disappointed!!
