Great experience with friendly personne. Although I left the unit early, they advised me if I notify as soon as you know when you are vacating the unit, they can prorate for the following month.

Let me tell all the good people of Yulee/Fernandina about this company. Bang up in every way! Fom super friendly customer service, to politeness, to cleanliness.... Fom the many, many security cameras to a super well-lit facility at night, if you don't pick this place you're making a mistake. We used Atlantic Self Storage (Yulee Location) for almost 2 years and the place was clean and very well kept! Sharon and Mark truly go out of their ways to provide an excellent customer service. We will use them again in the future if needed. We truly recommend them! Two thumbs up!

Mark and Sharon were the best people to work with. I was stressing trying to get a unit in time for my move, I called all over and NO ONE was as accommodating and as helpful as these two were. They did everything they could to ensure I got the unit I needed in time. They are truly amazing people to talk to and to get to know. They also helped me with navigating around town and finding different things to do. Best customer service I've ever experienced with a Storage facility. I will definitely not go anywhere else.
