Had a unit for 2 years and then they raised the price another $50 after raising it by $20 a year ago. Very frustrating.

Incredibly deceptive pricing advertisements. Listed as $120 for a 10x20 online, with no indication it’s promotional. When I arrived I was informed it’s $120 for two weeks then $400 per month. For a 10x20! Other facilities offer prices for less than half the rate here. The man on site was very nice and a pleasure to talk to though.

Completely overpriced and keeps raising rates to unreasonable levels - no AC- had a dead snake in my unit

I really appreciate Ken ensuring my autopayment continues to go through. I've had issues two months in a row, and he's been able to handle them promptly and with sincere professionalism. Ya'll need to start a new trend: Give Ken a raise. Cheers!

Do not do business with this location or the 312/A1A location. I’ve been with Atlantic Storage for over 20years the 312/A1A location is horrible to deal with. Not to mention my storage unit was supposed to be air climate controlled.Rats as well! When we came back in town to unload; everything had mold on it. I had some pretty amazing one of a kind pieces that were ruined. Of course I went to get help from the office. They were the absolute worst. Customer NO SERVICE. Rude on top of the situation did not make it any better. I was very disappointed all the way around.
