Easily the best customer service I have received in Jacksonville, bar none. Cheryl and Janet are so helpful and went out of their way to help me out with a problem. I go here not just because of the clean and secure facilities, but because of the people working there.

I've had a storage unit at this facility for ~ 6 months now and I'm very happy with it. Bryan, Cheryle and the staff really do a great job and often check in to make sure customers are satisfied. I really like this location because it's clean and quiet, convenient to Atlantic Blvd, but still out of the way. The 'neighbors' I have met at this location have all been extremely friendly, and they all have positive things to say about their experiences here. I'll continue to be an advocate for this location, as well as Ashland next door, because without them my business would not have been able to grow. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Atlantic Self Storage for a long time to come, and sharing my positive experiences with anyone who asks.

Michael was a pleasure to do business. Very friendly and professional. The entire process for renting a 5×10 was an easy transaction- about 20 minutes from start to finish. I initially made contact with Justin by phone but he was handling other matters when I arrived. Both these guys were awesome and I will recommend this location. Thank you!

The facility is dirty and always has a putrid smell. The operator of the facility (Richard) lives within the complex (either in the back of the office or in a unit) but can almost never be reached by phone or in person. There are always nails, screws, glass, and other items which can cause serious bodily harm or damage to vehicles and other belongings strewn about. There are also units with damaged doors, crumpled walls, etc. that have been in disrepair for the entirety of my stay (approx. 6 months). After coming to the office multiple days in a row to discuss the proper move-out procedure, I was never able to make contact other than on a Sunday afternoon when Richard finally came to the door wearing what appeared to be boxer shorts. Asides from his surprising appearance, he also had a "less than favorable" customer service approach, telling me that I was wrong about my multiple attempts at calling/visiting for answers (basically calling me a liar). When I returned the following day (Monday @ 10am), there was no one available again. I moved my belongings out and am now told that since I did not properly discuss my departure, I am not eligible for any refund on my monthly storage bill. Thanks for everything Richard. I sincerely hope your Xena Warrior Princess fantasies come true since you clearly aren't cut out for a professional life. (Richard could talk about nothing other than Xena and how he would rather sit in his recliner and gawk at her rather than dealing with customers on the day I came in to reserve my unit). I HIGHLY recommend choosing another facility/location for your storage needs.
