Parking is limited on the streets (not that you would really need to park for anything except buying the unit). The owner is old school in nature so prefers conversation in person versus calling him on the phone. Units are clean, breathable, secured with a gate with a unique code and you can borrow a lock from the owner). When I go during normal business hours the owner is there and waves when I leave. Open 6am-9pm 7 days a week.

I would recommend this place to anyone. The owner is super friendly, always has a smile on his face and makes you feel welcomed. He was always there to answer any of my questions and help me when I needed it. If he missed your call he always made it a point to call right back. Prices are great as well. I would definitely store here again.

Great, neighborly service which is rare to find these days! The owner here, Pat, really helped us out of a bind. When my daughter’s car was shipped cross country for grad school,, the trucker ran several days behind his 7-10 day delivery promise. The problem was, we’d planned to be in another state by the time it finally arrived. After her apartment manager refused to sign for and park the car for her (disappointing but not surprising), Pat came to our rescue without hesitation. Thank you, Pat, for the awesome service!!!

Used one of their units for about 2 years and never had any complaints. The facility is secure, well lit and easy to navigate. The unit was clean and never experienced any issues with the elements, even with a particularly dry summer and busy storm season. More importantly, the guy that runs the place is down to earth and easy to work with. For real, glad I found affordable self storage; would have ended up paying a bit more for a lot less in other corners of GNV (if you can find an available unit). Would recommend.
