Ace's Self Storage

Due to relocating from the area I just finished using Ace Self Storage in Alva. Exceptional operation, the site is always very clean, the on site manager Jill addresses in a very timely manner any questions. The communication from Jill is awesome. The buildings are very well maintained and the manager makes you feel like a valued customer. AND YES the prices are very reasonable.

Probably the most wonderful customer service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately due to personal life circumstances I was unable to keep the storage unit, but the front desk manager who I believes name was Jill could not have been more understanding and empathetic. Always pleasant to speak with and if I ever need storage unit services in the future, I will be using this facility as well referring it.

The rudest misinformed and opinionated woman I've ever met. Don't expect any common courtesy or respect at Ace's Self storage.

The employees are very friendly very nice and clean facility units are fairly priced and they have good prices on the locks and other stuff that you need for the storage units would recommend them or use again

I've had my stuff here for almost a year and they have been more than accommodating I've forgotten my key twice and instead of telling me they couldn't do anything they more than willingly opened up my storage and helped me when I needed it the staff is friendly when I'm paying I'm glad I made the choice to keep my stuff here
