Best place around, very reasonable prices for a storage place although all the units are outside, I haven't had any issues with to much heat or water when It rains. Every other storage place in the area, which is at least 10, are all scams with monthly price changes, you cannot lock in more then a month.

We use this storage to keep our work equipment and we have had to miss days of work because new management is never there to receive payment. Locks are access to the storage. Miss a whole 2 days of work. Today is Monday 10/9/23 @3:45pm nd theres no answer.

Gabe is no longer here, we were guaranteed that since we had rented the same unit since 2009 that our price would not go up. Gabe is gone, we were never notified of new management, new pricing and our unit is now $40 more a month, with no updates and a door that takes 2 to raise.

Gabe Pitman has affordable storage units. Great manager and puts the needs of his customers first. Would recommend anyone looking for a storage unit for a good price.

Gabe runs this place and he is incredibly nice and runs a Great storage facility! I’ve been here for over two years. Top notch, if you need Storage prices are very fair and the location is super convenient.
