Julio at the desk may be the best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered in my life. While I was a walk in with an urgent issue needing a storage solution, he took the time to listen to what I needed, helped me find the best solution for my money, and all the while taking 2 phone calls to help other customers fix issues and even save money by switching units while I filled out paperwork. He was incredibly personable and went above and beyond in every way. Will only be going to A+ for all my storage needs here in Polk county.

Look no further for storage. This is it! You get personalized service from day 1 ! This facility is so clean and well kept you could eat off the floors here! I rented for 3 years here. No massive rent hikes no bugs not even dust on my belongings after 3 years in storage! Julio in the main office is genuine, caring and helpful. Barb is just as enchanting. If you want a clean professionally run storage facility with is secure affordable and stress free choose this one!

I have used A+ Storage in Winter Haven on several occasions over the years and have always had an outstanding experience with them. Julio Otero/Property Manager, has been at the location for five years, and is extremely personable, attentive, customer-focused, and helpful. All communication is prompt and supportive. In addition, he takes extreme pride in the presentation, cleanliness, and security of the entire facility - including each of the rental units. Despite the fact that the complex is five years old, it looks like it is brand new! Combine all of the above with the impressive, yet convienent gated security access, new unit locks, and care taken to ensure that any creepy crawler or critter is kept out of units by well placed exterior traps and regular spraying, this complex receives my absolute highest recommendation and will remain my go-to place for commercial storage in the future. A+++!

Front desk was fast and helpful. Place is super clean. Only complaint is the gate opens too slow and the wrong way.
